Rates

Flat administrative fee $60 per staff, plus hourly rates.

Waitstaff	$27/hr	Quick Info: - 5 hours minimum booking apply to all rates (includes set-up, serving, and breakdown). - Events outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City are subject to additional fee to cover costs of traveling. - Rates for major holidays and same day bookings are subject to change. - Special requests are subject to additional fee (e.g. request a uniform other than our standard black on black).
Hostess	$30/hr
Bartender	$30/hr
BBQ Griller	$35/hr
Staff Captain	$35/hr
