GENERAL

How do I place my order?

Add to Estimate the products you wish to rent and then submit request for a quote. The Event Specialist will reply within 1 hour during business time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Please note that some large orders may takes longer to quote and will be responded by the end of the business day.

When should I place my order?

We recommend to secure your equipment as soon as your event date and number of guests have been confirmed. For short notice, orders must be placed 3 business days in advance of the date of delivery.

What are the rates for one-day rental?

All product rates are for 1 day rental which includes delivery the day before and pick-up the day after event. Discounted rates are available for weekly rental.

Do you service my area?

We service New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Northern New Jersey.

Do I have to wash dishes, glasses and linens upon return?

You do NOT have to wash flatware or glassware, but you should at least rinse all dishes and glasses to make sure that no food is caked on. Place plates back into their original crates and glasses into their original racks. Linens should be free of refuse and dried to prevent mildew and staining. Linens should NOT be placed in plastic bags.

Can you handle very large events with as many as 1000 people?

Yes! Our rental service can provide large quantities of equipment for your gathering and can easily accommodate over 1000 partygoers. You may need to place your order a few months in advance!

Can I make changes to my order?

Additions to your order are welcome, but are subject to availability.

Are you insured?

Yes, If you need a certificate of insurance (COI) please e-mail your building requirements at least 4 days before the event.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP

What is your minimum order for delivery?

Minimum rental order for delivery $600. This fee may change according to rental month and venue location.

What are your delivery hours?

Standard delivery and pick-up schedules are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Requests outside of standard hours are subject to Additional Fee. The date and time will be noted on your contract at the time you secure your order.

My event on weekends - when will you deliver and pick up?

For Saturday or Sunday event, we can deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday without additional charges for extra day.

Please note: you can use your equipment only for 1 day according to rental contract.

BILLING

Do you require deposit?

Yes, 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Final balance due the day before delivery.

What payment methods you accept?

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER).

EVENT

Do you set up equipment?

Delivery does not include set-up. Set-up and breakdown is subject to additional fee, please ask your Event Specialist for a Quote. You can also hire our Wait Staff crew for set-up and breakdown.

What linen size should I rent for my table?

The sizes of fitted tablecloths are available on product details page under Fitted Linens tab.

How many glasses per guest for a cocktail party?

3 glasses per person are suggested for cocktail parties.
